Yeo’s Factory

Yeo’s Factory is a beverage manufacturing facility at 3 Senoko Way in the Senoko industrial estate, producing the company’s range of soft drinks, soya bean milk, and other beverage products for the Singapore market and export. Yeo Hiap Seng, a subsidiary of Far East Organization, has operated from the Senoko site as its primary Singapore production base for decades, alongside its beverage manufacturing operations in Malaysia and China.

Addition & Alteration (A&A) works were carried out on the factory’s air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, with Orange Developments as the client. Upgrading ACMV systems within an existing, operational factory building required the new equipment, ductwork, and services routing to be resolved against the facility’s existing structure and production layout, rather than designed into a clean-slate building.

Carrying out ACMV A&A works within a live beverage production facility required works to be planned around ongoing manufacturing operations, with new system routing coordinated against existing structural, mechanical, and process constraints to minimise disruption to the factory’s production schedule.
