The new Regulatory Approval process for Building Works (RABW) restructures submissions into a 3-Gateway process, changing what project teams need to prepare and when. This course walks Built Environment professionals through the new workflow, the 3-Gateway submission process, requirements at each gateway, joint-submission and plan processing, and the Direct Submission Process (DSP) for smaller-scale projects through case studies from live and pilot projects to ground the theory in real submission practice.
