JTC Aviation Two is a multi-tenanted development at 690 West Camp Road within Seletar Aerospace Park (SAP), a 140-hectare aerospace industry cluster developed by JTC Corporation adjacent to Seletar Airport. The development consists of two connected buildings on separate land parcels, an 11-storey light industrial block and a 9-storey commercial/office block including an F&B level, sharing a centralised core, parking, and F&B facilities, with unit sizes ranging from approximately 377.5 sqm to 795.9 sqm and units able to be amalgamated for larger tenant requirements.

Designed by AWP Architects, the development targeted BCA Green Mark Platinum certification, incorporating integrated solar shading, heavily insulated façades, and energy efficient lighting and air-conditioning systems. It is linked by a sky corridor to the neighbouring JTC Aviation One building, forming part of a connected cluster of aerospace focused facilities within the wider SAP masterplan, which also includes the JTC aeroSpace development.

Delivering two connected buildings of different heights, uses, and zoning classifications, light industrial and commercial, on adjoining land parcels, while integrating a shared core, parking structure, and sky bridge connection to a neighbouring building, required coordination between the two building types’ differing structural grids, floor loadings, and services requirements to allow multi-tenant occupancy across both
