RIB CostX integrates 2D and 3D takeoff with estimating, letting quantity surveyors and cost estimators pull quantities directly from digital drawings and BIM models instead of measuring manually. As Singapore’s BIM mandate and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) push cost management further into the digital workflow, being able to extract quantities directly from a BIM model, rather than working from static drawings after the fact, has become a real differentiator in tender turnaround and estimate accuracy. This course gets quantity surveyors, estimators, and cost consultants working confidently in RIB CostX’s BIM-integrated takeoff and estimating environment.
