BIM Management

BIM adoption becomes standard practice across Singapore’s built environment sector, reinforced by BCA’s CORENET X mandate requiring BIM-competent professionals on every major project. The skills gap has now shifted from “can your team model in BIM” to “can your team manage a BIM project.” This course equips professionals to lead and manage complex BIM projects end-to-end: establishing BIM standards and execution plans, coordinating models across disciplines using Revit and Navisworks, running clash detection and resolution, and applying 4D/5D simulation for project planning. It also covers collaboration through platforms like Forma (previously BIM 360), so participants leave able to manage not just the model, but the process and people around it.
