Virtual TOP (VTOP) lets BCA conduct Temporary Occupation Permit and Certificate of Statutory Completion inspections remotely, using a 360-degree capture of the completed site instead of a physical walk-through by inspecting officers. We handle the capture and submission process end-to-end, so your team isn’t learning BCA’s capture requirements under deadline pressure.

Conducting a complete, compliant site capture. Submissions showing incomplete works will be rejected. Captures expire after 3 months.

Preparing the Virtual Inspection Plan and required supporting forms alongside the capture itself.
